You can return or exchange products you bought at our shop within 14 days.

Contact us best via the form below for a return declaration.

Please note again:

- All pickup configurations that are marked as "Manufactured and ready to ship in approx. 10 Workdays" are excluded from the right of withdrawal and can not be returned, because they were manufactured especially for you an under your specifications.

- You have to bear the shipping costs for the return.

- We reserve us the right to make a markdown from up to 10% of the retail price, if a returned product has traces of use.
