I have at last created a pickup to cover the needs of all 5 string bass players – the JB 61-5. I have been pushed, gently shoved, albeit in the nicest possible manner, to put the fantastic sounding JB 61 on the map for 5-string instruments. I have finally seen the light and given in to unerring voice of the 5-string brigade. All under the headline – give the bass players what they want!

 You can purchase this set in standard 5 string width, or narrow (as 4 string) width.

incl. mounting screws, mounting tubes, enough cloth-wire cable for the internal wiring and a suitable capacitor for the tone pot.

Note: Potentiometers and Capacitors affect your tone greatly. Most companies ship guitars without measuring these parts, so it's always a "hit and miss" story. Therefore, for best results, we recommend you to add to your order our premium DIY/Prewired harness kit or checked and measured potentiometers listed below.
