A beautifully broken-in 2014 Fender Custom Shop ’56 Strat Relic that delivers everything you want from a great vintage-style Strat: balance, clarity, liveliness, and authentic feel.

Finished in a classic 2-Tone Sunburst over an ash body, this guitar has all the visual character of a well-loved original, with authentic relic wear, marks, and dents that genuinely look the part. The aging is tasteful and convincing, giving the guitar a naturally played-in vibe without ever feeling overdone.

The guitar has been upgraded with a full pickguard loaded with Kloppmann-electrics ST56 pickups and electronics. The result is exceptional — open, dynamic, and incredibly musical. It has that unmistakable vintage Strat character, with beautifully balanced frequencies, lively response, sweet highs, woody mids, and articulate low end. We are genuinely very happy with how this guitar turned out.
